A couple with a young baby asked us to sell their flat after she read about our ‘Clean Twice Sell your House’ marketing plan. It works for flats too!

Why

Their second floor flat is lovely. It’s in a great location, is beautifully decorated, very spacious and has two parking spaces. There are obvious downsides with a baby though, so it’s time to move.

What we did

We implemented the Clean Twice plan and the sellers worked very hard to enable us to photograph the flat looking its best.

They decided that a Sunday afternoon almost a fortnight after listing would be good for viewings.

The listings went live and I called people who we knew might be interested in the flat. Potential buyers called and I told them more about the flat and booked viewings. All agreed that the Sunday afternoon was fine.

I booked four viewings and the sellers once again did an amazing job of leaving the flat looking at its best again.

On the Sunday afternoon I booked viewings at 1.30, 2.00, 2.30 and 3.00. Three of the viewers arrived and one didn’t.

One loved the flat and booked a second viewing for the following Wednesday and I added one more viewer that day too.

That second viewing resulted in an offer, then an increased offer meeting the seller’s expectations.

This family really did Clean Twice and Sell.
